Elliot Gerson

Elliot serves as CEO of Mora Energy. Before founding Mora, Elliot was a co-founder and served as CEO of LM Energy which developed natural gas and crude oil gathering systems in the northern Delaware Basin. Prior to LM Energy, he was Vice President of Finance at Brazos Midstream, where he played a critical role in developing and acquiring natural gas gathering, processing, and crude gathering systems in the southern Delaware Basin. Before Brazos, Elliot worked at NGP Energy Capital Management, where he sourced, evaluated, structured, and monitored oil and gas investments throughout North America. Elliot began his career at Greenhill & Co., working on over $10 billion in M&A transactions related to upstream, midstream, and oilfield services businesses. Elliot is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, holding a B.B.A. in finance and a B.A. in economics.
